For nearly three decades I have had the privilege of co-founding and running a design consultancy and have worked in the UK, The Netherlands and Norway as an (award-winning) Service Experience Director, Creative Director, Product Designer, Graphic Designer, Mentor and Speaker.
I have worked with brilliant people across a broad spectrum of clients and disciplines with the passion to help organisations harness the transformative power of design.
Originally educated as a designer in Germany and the UK, I have held senior positions in the UK, The Netherlands, and Norway - including MetaDesign London, Icon Brandlab, FutureBrand Digital, and Oyster Partners (DigitasLBI).
In 2006 I co-founded and lead the experience design agency Prospect for 16 years. Prospect was sold to Manyone, an international strategy-design hybrid agency in 2020, where I was a Partner and MD of Manyone London.
Since March 2022 I now partner directly with ambitious start-ups, entrepreneurial organisations and agencies to tackle real-world business challenges through design.

For 16 years I co-founded and ran Prospect, a London-based Experience Design Consultancy.
Prospect was acquired by Manyone, a global strategy-design hybrid, in 2020.
