With European increasing competition, Eurostar embarked on a comprehensive refurbishment programme to set a new passenger experience benchmark and position itself as Europe’s leading travel company. Eurostar commissioned new train sets, new branding and a new digital platform.
The business had the ambitious goal of a 50% rise in passenger volume in just three years.
To embody the new brand and to crucially turn visitors into customers, Prospect re-envisioned the digital customer journey, redesigned the booking engine and website and designed the onboard entertainment system to enrich the train travel experience.
