For nearly 3 decades I have led a digital and service innovation agency and teams, designing human-centered, award-winning product and service experiences with measurable results - happier customers, engaged employees, and business growth.
In my career of 27 years so far, I have been lucky enough to have been a design consultancy founder and business leader, Service Experience Director, Creative Director, Product Designer, Graphic Designer, Mentor, Speaker and a Design Cooperative Founder.
I have had the privilege of working with brilliant people across a broad spectrum of clients and disciplines - with the passion to help organisations harness the transformative power of design.
Originally educated as a graphic designer in Germany and the UK, I transitioned into the digital world in 1997 and have held senior positions in the UK, Holland and Norway - including MetaDesign London, Icon Brandlab, FutureBrand Digital, and Oyster Partners (LBI / FramFab).
In 2006 I co-founded and lead the experience design agency Prospect for 17 years, which was sold to Manyone in 2020, where I was a Partner and MD of London.

Manyone acquired Prospect in July 2020, Prospect became the new London studio.
I was a Partner and the MD at Manyone London, an international strategy-design hybrid, shaping everything that’s next at the intersection between design, strategy and creative technologies.
